Our process involves a combination of competency based interviews and skills based assessments.
few people love interviewing. We have tried to make the process as relaxed and pain free as possible. Our managers have all been trained in this area and their job is to help you display all your skills and personality. Our advice to all interviewees is to do your research on hireful (there is lots of information out there), plan out your travel to the interview location and then just try to relax. Lots of interviewees try hard to be the candidate they think the interviewers want to see. This rarely works. Our advice is to be yourself, remember you are interviewing us as much as we are interviewing you.

Yes, we believe that testing to see if an applicant has the skills to perform well in the role is important to ensure we select the best candidate. We look to test both general skills (e.g. spelling, grammar) as well as produce content specific tests that mirror exercises you would be required to do if you were successfully hired for the position. These assessments come in during the interview phase and we always take great care to explain how they work and answer in advance any questions you may have.
if your role involves handling candidate data then all candidates will need to successfully pass a background check which is conducted by our 3rd party provider. If you have any concerns about this, we would encourage you to contact us and have a conversation about it at the earliest opportunity, via firstname.lastname@example.org
This will depend on the role. Some vacancies we are able to offer as having the potential to work completely remotely. However, most roles require you to work out of our Strixton head office. If a role is available to work remotely, we would normally detail this clearly on the job advert, but if you are not sure you are always able to ask us about any given role’s potential flexibility. Working together is a key part of our success, so we like to see a busy and vibrant head office. However, we now our employees life are complex and there are competing demands for their time, so we offer all staff the ability to work at least 1 day per week from home.
Our working hours are 9am-5.30pm on Monday to Thursday and then 9am-5pm on Friday.
